The paper reports the method that lead and cadmium in Chinese medicine Radix aconiti lateralis preparata are determined by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry in acetate medium after the samples are digested with HNO_3/ HClO_4 mixed acids.

The results were as follows: ( 1) Using soybean oil as the substrate of oxidation, the Flos Sophorae Immaturus crude extracts and Radix Glycyrrhizae crude extracts were mixed and the synergist was also studied.
